1. Order processing

In-stock pieces

Orders placed before [2pm] on a working day are usually prepared for dispatch within 1–3 working days. Orders placed at weekends or on Irish public holidays are processed on the next working day.

"Working days" means Monday to Friday, excluding Irish public holidays.

Made-to-measure and bespoke pieces

Many of our garments are cut and finished by hand. For made-to-measure, bespoke or altered pieces:

• We will contact you after your order to confirm measurements, fabric and any detailing.
• Production usually takes [2–4] weeks from the date measurements are confirmed — not from the date you order.
• Peak periods (wedding season, Christmas, and the weeks around our collection launches) may extend this. We will always tell you the expected date in writing before we begin.
• If you need a piece for a specific date, tell us before you order at info@cindycoutour.com and we will confirm whether it is achievable.

Pre-orders

Where an item is listed as a pre-order, the estimated dispatch window is shown on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we will [dispatch the in-stock items first at no extra cost / hold the order and ship together] — [choose one].

2. Where we ship and what it costs

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight and the service you choose. The exact cost is shown before you pay.

Free shipping  applies to the order value after any discounts and before shipping charges.

If we do not currently ship to your country, email info@cindycoutour.com — we can often arrange a quote manually.

3. Delivery timeframes

Delivery estimates run from the date of dispatch, not the date you place your order.

These are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs clearance, weather, strikes and peak seasonal volumes.

Your legal right: under Irish and EU consumer law, unless we have agreed a different timeframe with you, we will deliver your order without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the order being placed. If we cannot, you may cancel and receive a full refund. For made-to-measure pieces, the agreed production time replaces this default — we will confirm it with you in writing.

4. Carriers and tracking

We ship with An Post, DPD, DHL, UPS , chosen based on destination and service level.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive the email.

If you have not received a dispatch email within the timeframes above, check your spam folder first, then contact us.

5. Customs, duties and import taxes

Republic of Ireland and EU: prices may include Irish VAT [at 23%]. There is nothing further to pay.

United Kingdom, USA and all other non-EU destinations: your order may be subject to import duties, customs charges and local sales tax on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are not included in the price you pay us.

• These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
• We cannot predict or reimburse them, and we cannot mark parcels as "gift" or declare a lower value — doing so is illegal.
• If a parcel is refused or abandoned at customs and returned to us, we will refund the item value less the outbound shipping and any return or destruction costs charged to us.

We recommend checking your country's import thresholds before ordering.

6. Delivery addresses

• Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly.
• If you need to change an address, contact us immediately. We can usually amend it before dispatch, but once a parcel has left us we cannot redirect it.
• We can deliver to work addresses. We do not deliver to PO boxes for tracked or courier services.
• For Irish addresses, please include your Eircode — it significantly reduces failed deliveries.

7. If something goes wrong

Nobody was home

Carriers will usually attempt delivery [twice] and then leave a card, deliver to a neighbour, or hold the parcel at a local depot or collection point. Follow the instructions on the card or in your tracking link. Parcels are typically held for 5 working days before being returned to us. If a parcel is returned because it was not collected, we will refund the item value less the original shipping cost, or re-ship at your cost.

Parcel marked delivered but not received

Contact us within 3 days. We will open an enquiry with the carrier. Please check with neighbours and around your property first, and look for a safe-place photo in your tracking.

Delayed parcel

We treat an item as lost if it has not arrived 10 working days (Ireland/EU) or 21 working days (rest of world) after the estimated delivery date. At that point we will replace it or refund you in full.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email info@cindycoutour.com within 48 hours with photographs of the item and the outer packaging. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

8. Collection and local delivery

• Collection in person: Currenly not available.
• Fittings and collections at events: where you have ordered a piece for one of our launches or shows, we can arrange collection on the day. Contact us in advance to organise this.
• Dublin local delivery: Currenly not available.

9. Returns

Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy. In short:

• You have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the goods, in line with EU distance-selling rules.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with tags and original packaging intact.
• Made-to-measure, bespoke and personalised items are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off right, as they are made to your specification. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty or not as described.
• Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
